Update Dutch translations

I have purposely not translated 'states' (yet) as there could be various valid translations, but they all take away from the actual English meaning in HA lingo.

Oh, also, it's missing the entry for "max_speed_age" (in config.step.options.data & options.step.options.data. Would you mind adding those? In en.json, they look like this:

"max_speed_age": "Max time between speed sensor updates"

I now see that quite a few keys are missing, compared to the English file.
sorry, I figured you just wanted the existing translations to be checked.
