Develop tagging capabilities for orgs and domains

As a product owner, I want to communicate to logged in users that their domains are vulnerable to certain CVEs. CVE's that we have scanners for. For example, if we know a certain domain is vulnerable to CVE-2021-44832 (Apache Log4j2), I want this communicated via a tag at the domain and organizational level.
