Fix for showStreaks: false Not Disabling Counts

Root Cause: In Habit.svelte, the streak count was rendered in the template without checking showStreaks:

The showStreaks variable was computed as a local variable inside the $: renderedDates reactive block, so it wasn't accessible in the template. Even when showStreaks was false (correctly skipping streak CSS classes), the count text still rendered.

Fix (2 changes in src/Habit.svelte):

1. Extracted showStreaks as a top-level reactive variable (accessible in the template):

2. Added showStreaks as a guard on the count rendering:
