Redesign records list

Notice that in this task you only need to redesign the Record List, which can be split into following steps:

1. Redesign record view and its ViewHolder.
2. Add headers.
3. Use view types to show view with view headers (these should be 2 different views).
4. Pass prepared data to RecyclerView (with records and its headers already formed).
