Implement recurring payments

Hello gentelmen,

First of all, I would wanna say thanks for such a great application. I use it on a daily basis and it's far beyond my needs for mere tracking of day-to-day spendings.

However, it could be much better if there would be an option to create recurring payments separately managed in some sort of submenu. The reccuring payments might serve for a purpose of maintaining for periodic spendings like rent, mortgage, cellular, cable and so forth, as long as it's the same amount of money. User might set the period of time for each entity like: once a month, once a week, or even on 13th of the month.

Please consider implementation of this feature in the future. As far as I understand, there might be a plenty of users who would appreciate that. That would be great if I might contribute to this app creating a pull request, but unfortunately I'm not proficient in this stack of technologies. Let me know if something isn't clear or you need more details.

One more request:

Since I am a power user I would love to see one feature: Routine Payments. For example If a new month starts, then add/subtract specific amount of money.
