This one is a real pain, and honestly I'm not keen on it at all. How would this work in mobile? Long-press is probably going to be used for quick edit mode.
The purpose of Turtl is to be a knowledge-base of sorts, not a strictly-ordered list of items. This item might just be too far outside the goals of the project.
I'm going to leave this issue around so others see that it's at least being considered.
