We (the TKL team) need a common point of sharing ongoing problems/solutions to problems as well as a way of seeing what everyone else is up to so we don't step on each other's toes. After a bit of discussion, the consensus was to first use GH to that aim and later maybe develop a custom solution.
We could leverage task lists for the purpose like this:
We can also voice opinion on issues and comments by "reacting" to them with a thumbs-up or thumbs-down emoji.
This only works if everyone keeps to the same standard of participation on GitHub.
