[TKLBAM] Restore status heartbeat or similar

Peter has suggested on the forums that some sort of restore status is required; particularly with large backup sets.

Hi experience has been that TKLBAM is not always reliable with large backups and if there is some indication to the user what is going on then the chance to spot issues earlier is better.

I also think that a verbosity setting for this restore status info might be useful?

I'll take another look at implementing status/progress bar into the restore process in the next round of TKLBAM maintenance. TKLBAM inherits this weakness from Duplicity but Duplicity has made some progress since the last update of TKLBAM's version.
