FWIW I got sidetracked and that repo is essentially a skeleton of my plan to TKLDev-ise the install instructions that I created. I have done basic testing on my instructions and they appear to work, but haven't tested extensively. I hope to do that soon.

I note that someone else has also created an install script for Wheezy but i haven't compared and/or tested.

Ah, we should tag this as inprogress then. Do you think you can get

I have just updated this for BBB 0.90beta (they have rebased on Ubuntu Trusty).

Firstly I figured that it was better to go for the upcoming beta (as they have moved the base release from Lucid to Trusty) and I imagine that the stable release will be soon. As it uses the upstream apt repo upgrading is (theoretically) trivial.

Secondly it requires quite a few things from other repos and I have pinned them. There are quite a few packages from backports (which didn't really worry me) But it also requires 3 packages from Jessie - all libc & libc dev related! Normally I would cringe at replacing libraries like that in stable from testing, but as it is highly recommended to not install any other software alongside BigBlueButton, I figure if those guidelines are followed then the chances of things going pear-shaped are minimal.

What does everyone else think?
