Option to restore TKLBAM backup from inithooks

As (I think) was suggested by `Tom` in the [forums](http://www.turnkeylinux.org/forum/support/20131121/wordpress-ftp-and-update-issues#comment-20416) It would be super awesome if at launch of a new appliance, once you have added your Hub API key that there were an inithook which asks if you want to check for backups and optionally restore one.
