Confconsole - sync website docs with repo docs

Currently the confconsole docs on the website are out of sync with the doc pages in the confconsole repo docs dir.

AFAIK the website should be right and the confconsole docs dir are old. IIRC the main changes on the website are related to the dehydrated plugin, but there may be others.

Should include the method (gleamed from the forum etc) to run dehydrated-wrapper on more than the default set of websites simultaneously. It is documented but there is a command to give to the system that helps the wrapper to load more universally. Also the format required for the confconsole-domains.txt should be included in the documentation. It is common that more domain variations should be attached to a cert.
I have notes on all this.
