Foodsoft on hold - assuming dev continues, will be updated once a supported version of ruby is supported

As per title, our Foodsoft appliance is on hold until it can use a supported version of Ruby (currently requires v2.7.8 which is EOL).

I am about to close the unmerged v18.x PRs noted below. However they may be of value if/when we do an updated release:

• Foodsoft v18.0 common#279
