pull clicksnap stuff out of bt-iso into it's own script in ./bin/ #1941
Description
bt-iso has grown really large. That makes it harder to maintain and when there are issues and/or modifications needed, it's hard to see what is going on. Thus there is also increased risk of bugs creeping in.
It would make sense to move the clicksnap stuff out into it's own script and perhaps there is more than could be moved to their own scripts. There are probably other legacy bits that could be pruned too.
