Rename TKLBAM backup set via HubAPI

Not sure if this is best done as a component of TKLBAM or HubTools or something else but it would be great if TKLBAM backup names (in the Hub) could be named/renamed via commandline.

Personally I think that it would fit best as an option in TKLBAM but not 100% sure...

Having the ability to change labels would allow us track a lot more servers. A command-line param would be ideal, so we could cron it.

Thanks for the feedback. It helps prioritize TODOs. This will make it
into TKLBAM 1.5. I actually wanted this for myself so I planned on
adding it to the existing version of TKLBAM but didn't prioritize it
because there seemed to be a low demand for it.

This will be in TKLBAM 1.5.
