Replace jquery on landing page (tklweb-cp)

The landing page uses (and we include) a minimalist old version of jquery (to provide the tabs and layout).

It is really old and whilst it shouldn't be a risk, the version of jquery we use does have some CVEs against it.

We could update it, or perhaps better still use something else. E.g. AlpineJS - or even just plain javascript.

I'm certainly no javascript expert, but a quick search reveals that generating tabs ourselves via javascript is probably the way to go... E.g.:
