Include `GoAccess` in webserver appliances

It has been suggested that we consider including GoAccess in all TurnKey web servers (i.e. LAMP, LAPP, Nginx/Lighty, WordPress, etc).

It's essentially a webserver log analyzer. It is primarily a CLI tool, but can also write to an html file (and can update it real time).

It's packaged for Debian and the config looks pretty straight forward.

FWIW, I had a quick look at this and I think we should aim to squeeze it into v17.0 LAMP/Nginx/LigHTTPd apps. FWIW this works for Apache:

Obviously that will need to be adjusted a little to go into a conf script and overlay, but won't take much...

It's perhaps getting a little late for inclusion in v18.0, but I'll pin it to that milestone for now and see how we go...
