Inithooks / Confconsole - option to disable SSH password login

A user has recently suggested that TurnKey provide an easy option to disable SSH password login. I think it's a great idea and we should definately look at this for v17.0. Ideally this should be at firstboot (during interactive init), but a Confconsole plugin would probably be a good thing too?!

It would also be helpful if inithooks/confconsole offered an option to change the ssh port - I think many people end up changing the port manually after the initial install.

Running out of time on this... Leaving for now, but if this doesn't get done soon we'll need to move it to 17.1 as it's not sufficiently important to block.
