I'm going to convert this PR into a discussion. I was just checking all the Community Standards and picked up the standard one. I've seen we were using a different one in other projects:

And this version has changed considerably. And I have also been taking a look at https://www.contributor-covenant.org/.

I think we could start a discussion to see other alternatives and to check what is there is a better alternative.
