Banned IPs in the UDP ban service are banned every hour. ```rust const IP_BANS_RESET_INTERVAL_IN_SECS: u64 = 3600; ``` In the demo tracker, we have more than 38K banned IPs  The service resets all IPs every hour. I think it's too low. It should be a config value. I will open new issue for it.
