This epic tracks the implementation of roadmap section 8: Add levels of verbosity

8. Add levels of verbosity

Add graduated verbosity levels (-v, -vv, -vvv) to the most complex and time-consuming commands to give users control over the amount of progress detail displayed during operations.

• 8.1 Add verbosity levels to provision command ✅ Completed - PR #361
• 8.2 Add verbosity levels to configure command
• 8.3 Add verbosity levels to release command

Note: Focus on the three most complex and time-consuming commands (provision, configure, release). Other commands may be enhanced with verbosity levels based on user demand.
