A detailed issue specification has been created at docs/issues/234-evaluate-pingoo-for-https-termination.md.

Summary of planned experiments:

1. Experiment 1: Minimal HTTPS setup with static "Hello World" page (isolated test)
2. Experiment 2: Tracker API via HTTPS (api.torrust-tracker.com)
3. Experiment 3: HTTP Tracker via HTTPS (http1.torrust-tracker.com)
4. Experiment 4: Grafana UI with WebSocket test (grafana.torrust-tracker.com)

Research output will be stored in: docs/research/pingoo-tls-proxy-evaluation/
