Currently, the github actions CD workflow creates a release starting with Snowplow Python Tracker v, e.g. Snowplow Python Tracker v1.0.1. This title is so long that on the main repo page, it doesn't show the version number of the last release.
The other tracker repos have releases called e.g. Version 1.0.1. This would be a better format for this workflow.
