[BUG] Pinned tab incorrectly tracked for 10+ hours while browser was on about:blank

Bug Description

A pinned Google Keep tab was tracked for over 10 hours despite never being opened or active during that period. The browser was left on the about:blank page for the first 4 hours, yet the extension recorded continuous activity on the pinned tab even with active usage but did not recorded 10 hours to Record table.

Additional Issue: Data Persistence After Domain Removal
After discovering this bug, I attempted to fix the data by:

1. Removing all Keep-related domains from the "Record" section
2. Removing all Keep-related domains from the "Site Management" section

However, the "Timeline of the recent 3 days" view still displays the erroneous 10+ hour block, and it continues to overlap with legitimate usage data.

Updated the extension restarted the browser but it is still present.

it does not clear past data after updated,
sry. and all the data before three days ago will be deleted automatically, including the wrong data. so if new data is wrongly tracked again after updated, pls let me know.
