[BUG] Cannot batch enable in Time Limit Section

When I click on a few Time Limit rules or click on all rules at the top with the select all button, then click the arrow next to Batch Delete to Batch Enable, I cannot batch enable the selected rules. It gives me an error: "No limit rule selected" even though that is not the case.
