[FEATURE] Be able to export and import Settings

It would be nice to be able to export and import Settings in the case that you move browsers or experiment with different browsers every once in a while. It seems like a fairly easy feature to implement and I would like it be a separate button from the Time Limit rules and make the buttons distinctive enough (titles/icons/color).
