When Imperial Units are selected, graph still shows metric

When Imperial units are selected from the settings, the telemetry graph still displays data in metric units.

I'm thinking this has to do with something in _jquery.flot.js but I can't figure out what line 1 is doing other than creating some function. The issue is the altitude label in the Telemetry Graph is being updated outside of app.js where the imperial units correction is being applied to the rest of the display. I cannot figure out how or where the altitude label text is being calculated.
