Tracking a list of dates in a frontmatter field

I'm using Habit Tracker 21 plugin which stores completed habit occurrences as a list of dates in a single frontmatter field. It looks something like this

Is it possible to use it as a dataset in this plugin? I haven't found anything related in the docs
