Parachute icon not shown at low descent speeds

Currently, the parachute icon is only shown once the radiosonde’s descent speed drops below 3 m/s.

In my area, we mostly have RS41 sondes with regular Totex parachutes, and also iMet radiosondes.
When the parachute is fully open, the descent speed is typically around 1.5–2.5 m/s, but in these cases the parachute icon is not shown.

I assume this threshold was chosen due to possible errors with older sondes, but this is less relevant nowadays.

I think the threshold should be decreased now to maybe 1 m/s.

It was set to avoid it bouncing back and forth between balloon and parachute, but yes, setting it to maybe -1 m/s is probably OK.
