Found sonde on radiosonde.info

Many times, the sonde is marked on radiosonde.info as collected, but the coordinates are missing (shown as 0, 0). In such a case, the status isn't changed on Sondehub.

As Sondehub is a map-centric site, we need a position for any sonde report to be meaningful.
Perhaps radiosondy.info should be requiring that a position is included in the report, at least allowing the use of the last reported position like we do...

I understand that displaying the sonde on the live map as collected isn't possible. But, it'll be fine to change its status in historical data...
