Leaflet map scale does not respect Imperial/Metric setting

The leaflet map scale is initialised here: https://github.com/projecthorus/sondehub-tracker/blob/master/js/sondehub.js#L911

.. but it should probably be re-initialised after a change is made between imperial/metric.
