[BUG] Docker Compose Fresh Start - HTTP 500 - on login with default user

Is there an existing issue for this?

Current Behavior

I see this after the inital login:

Expected Behavior

Should be able to see the dashboard and run tests

Steps To Reproduce

1. Run in docker compose
2. Login using default credentials
3. See error page

Environment

- OS: Linux proxmox 6.8.12-8-pve
- How docker service was installed: directly on host

CPU architecture

x86-64
