feature: support rtorrent

I definitely want to get rtorrent up and integrated, but I've never used rtorrent before so there's going to be a setup/learning curve for me. Might take a bit.

Can you talk to me a little bit about how you have your client set up? I'm looking at feature parity with qbt and it looks like there's some gaps between the two. Nothing insurmountable or anything but it's going to require some kind of adapter system. Questions off the top of my head:

• The main limitation so far is rTorrent's single-label model (vs qbt's multi-tag), so I'm wondering how you're using labels
• Do you use cross-seed? If you do, how are you distinguishing cross-seeded copies?
• Are you using custom fields for anything?
• Do you use anything similar to qbitmanage or any other automation tools with it?
