Customers administration screen

As an admin user, I want to be able to create manage customers' information.
The screen needs to allow me to set-up the following data:

• Customer information
• Project types
• Projects

Acceptance Criteria

• A UI with no API interaction should be created
• The tabs at the bottom should be displayed after clicking the Add new customer button, after selecting an existing customer or clicking on the edit button
• The [edit] and [delete] options should be replaced by icons
• Cancel button on customer form will disappear the tabs section
• Search input text does not have any implementation yet
• All code needs to have at least 80% code coverage
