UI: In the option enable the button switch to make admin

** Purpose**
In the UI Users option, we need a quick and easy song to convert users into administrators, to make easy this change we have a button switch.

Criteria of acceptance

• Connect Users with the end point make to admin.
• When the button is enabled convert the user in admin
• When the button is disabled remove this permission admin.

The endpoint make to admin are ready.
