Allow manual editing of "switch" time #572
Description
As a user, when switching projects, sometimes I do this too late, after I already started working on the new project.
Similar to the functionality of manually editing the clock-in time, we should allow users to edit the switch time.
Acceptance Criteria:
- After I switch a project and manually update the clock-in time, the previous time entry gets shortened to that new clock in time, and the new time entry's start time gets set to that same time.
