Integrate CodeCov #55
Description
CodeCov is a tool that provides integration with GitHub and can be used to generate reports around the coverage our code has.
Let's add integration with this tool so each PR can have a coverage report generated as part of it. Pleaser refer to this link for more information.
Acceptance Criteria
- A CodeCov integration is added as part of the project
- A badge with the code coverage percentage is added as part of the readme file
- Each PR should include a CodeCov report
