Add support for ring deployments #517
Description
On #60 we started to integrate feature toggles on the time-tracker-ui. Going further and doing another turn of the screw towards continuous deployment, we can include support for ring deployments on the time-tracker-ui.
Based on what was described here, please include a mechanism which allows the team to enable certain features to a certain user/group of users.
