Review timezone for time-entries in safari

When the entries are being created/updated in safari, the data is messed up. Probably because of the timezone diff. For example, if I create an entry at 19h00, after closing the modal, the data is updated to 14h00. Exactly 5 hours which is the difference with UTC time.

Please fix this.

It's not clear what you mean by "the data". So the data is updated to 14h00. could mean:

• UTC time is stored in the database, which would be correct no?

• The user's local screen is showing UTC time would would be wrong?

As this is a "safari bug" I guess that it is almost clear that the problem is with the UI. However it would be nice to know that for sure. It is possible that using Safari causes incorrect data to be written to the database in which case there are two bugs, not just one. The ticket is just not clear.
