Remove duplicates from recently selected projects

Time-clock screen uses a component to display Recently selected projects so users can use them and help them to clock in/switch easily. This component seems to have an issue since sometimes it is displaying the same suggestion twice.

Acceptance Criteria

• Make sure Recently selected projects don't have duplicates
• Talk to Roland and Astrid and make sure they don't have this problem after applying the changes
