Enable project search by customer/project name in time-entries page

As a user, I want to be able to easily find a project for the entries I am creating so that I should not be finding them one by one in the current select HTML component the page has

Acceptance Criteria
- Time entries page has a component to find projects by customer/project name 
- Re-use the component created in the time-clock page
- Make sure all the added/modified code has tests
