Month Classification is based on UTC Date rather than Local Date

My time entries from yesterday (June 30th) that began after 7 PM ECT (July 1st 00:00 UTC) are classified as July and show up on the July tab and not on the June tab. As these are entries that I started in June (according to my local timezone), I would expect them to show up in June rather than in July.
