create page to manage activities

As an admin user, I need to have a screen to manage activities that people can use to register their time-entries.

**Acceptance Criteria**
- A screen should be created to allow create, edit and delete activities. Taking into account each activity has the following fields: Name, Description
- Code should have at least 80% coverage
