Manage templates #343
Description
As a user, I want to be able to create templates so I can have pre-configured data ready to register a new entry.
Acceptance Criteria
- A new menu option called "My templates" is added to the menu
- When the user clicks on this menu option a screen to create/edit/delete templates is shown
- A template is comprised of name, project, activity, description, ticket URI, technologies, time in and time out
