Automate clock outs when the running entry is queried

We need to make sure an entry is clocked-out on the same day as max at midnight. So each time the entry running is queried we need to make sure that entry belongs to the same day, if not, we need to call the endpoint to close it using the same day that it was created using an end-time equal to 23:59:59
