Display save message on time-entries #293
Description
When an existing time-entry is updated in the time-entries page, the application is not displaying any confirmation message so we need to add it there.
Acceptance Criteria:
- A toast message is displayed when an existing time entry is saved indicated the data has been saved successfully.
