Show customer name next to project name

Currently we are displaying all the projects during time entries creation in the following way:

This leads us to confusion when 2 customers have projects with similar names so we need to include the customer name before the project name as follows:

Customer Name - Project Name
Customer Name - Project Name
Customer Name - Project Name
Customer Name - Project Name

Note: All the projects must be listed no matter what customer is
