Update current time-entry

As a user, I want to add more info to my open time-entry so that to save all the work I am doing.

When a user clicks on Time clock option and selects a project from the list, a new time-entry is created. We need to display the last time entry created and active, each time the Time clock option is selected by the user so let's use the endpoint implemented in this ticket (ioet/time-tracker-backend#89) for that.

Furthermore, a user can keep adding more information like additional notes, adding more technologies, etc so each time a component loses the focus we need to update the open time-entry the user has. These are the components mentioned as part of this ticket description:
