In this PR more options were considered for the connection to the blob storage container such as the connection limit, which by default had two limits.
In the time_entry endpint the add_activity_name_to_time_entries method was refactored.
Changed the way of importing an environment variable to handle the same format, the environment variable is imported into the AzureConnection class
