Update existing API models #64
Description
In this LucidChart ER graph we have defined an updated model for time-tracker. Therefore, the migration we have scheduled in #50, for the Data Access Layer, can be done in parallel.
We would like to have for this first milestone this model updated in the database for projects and activities
