Update swagger definition for PROJECTS

[Angeluz-07]

Currently we have a base empty specification for "PROJECTS" resource. Update specification.

Add the attributes:

• id : Id of the project
• type : If it is Customer or Training, or any other future type.
• name : name of project
• description : little description of project
• tenant_id : Id of tenant this project was created for

Actions will be :

• Get
• Post
• Put
• Delete
